The official sources confirm Lottery Larry rerolls for specific skins and changes to older Drop Pod cosmetics. They do not establish a complete 1.0 drop table, rarity rate, or guaranteed way to obtain a particular skin.

The official release notes do confirm that old Drop Pod skins were ported to the redesigned model and that inventory previews were adjusted to better match skins with glowing parts.

Lottery Larry rerolls

The 1.10 Freeze & Fester announcement says Lottery Larry in the HUB can give new random rolls of specific skins. This describes rerolling a selected skin; it does not document the menu steps for equipping a skin or restoring the default appearance.
